Introduction
Before you can actually enable or disable e-mail post notifications, you have to register an account on this blog (link) and login with it (link). After you are logged in, please follow the instructions below.

Get into your profile settings page
From this point, we hope you are both registered and logged in on your account, if not do it now, else click the “My Profile” link which can be found just underneath the header (image 1).

When the page is done loading, click the Profile tab (image 2).

Enable/disable e-mail post notifications
After the above page is done loading, please scroll down to the bottom untill you see “E-mail Post Notifications” on the left side of your screen. 

If you aren’t subscribed yet, the option will look like this:

If you already subscribed to the e-mail post notifications, the option will look like this:

Depending on wheter you wish to subscribe or not, you simply follow the instructions and click on “here” to eather subscribe or unsubscribe. Easy as cake!
